    From the time your order is placed, it will take 1-3 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.

  • We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We typically DO NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to process

    Ex: (If you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday).

    You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.

    Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open.

Most late parcels arrive within 5 business days of their expected delivery date. Please be aware that some parcels may be delayed by COVID-19 disruptions.

If the delivery is taking much longer than we expected, there are a few things worth checking before we begin an investigation.

  • Tracking
    If your item was sent using a tracked service you can track it to check the status.
  • Card received
    Check if a notification card is in your letterbox or under your door – your item may have been delivered to the Post Office.
  • Accepted on your behalf
    Check if someone else at home or work accepted or signed for the item on your behalf. If you live or work in a large building, check with building management or the mailroom to see if they have it.



We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.


Stella and Tuffy are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.


For some shipping companies, it takes 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.


For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
